Wrightsville Beach
This was one of the top 10 picks in Parents magazine - our beach was picked for its "family-friendliness". Homes at the beach present various architectural designs from the cottage beach home to the condo or multi-level home overlooking the ocean or waterway. This is a resort community located on 2 barrier islands. It has a village-style charm and 5 miles of pristine beach.
Historic Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach
In downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, one will find beautiful restored homes which reflect the charm and elegance of a different era. There are riverfront condos where one can watch the downtown come alive with its restaurants, boutiques and nightlife.
Landfall
Located 5 minutes from Wrightsville Beach is the gated community of Landfall. Here you will find villas, townhomes, large custom built homes, two golf courses (Jack Nicklaus course and Pete Dye course) and breathtaking magnificent homes. There is something for everyone in Landfall. Some homes are located on the Intracoastal Waterway, where there are natural surroundings.
Inland Greens/Cedar Ridge
The community houses a par 3 golf course. This is a walking course where the course winds through an array of townhomes and single-family villa homes.
The Cape Golf and Racquet Club

Tyndall is an established neighborhood of distinguished quality built homes. It was developed about 10 years ago by the Beasley family. Avenel
One of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the area is located in Avenel. This is a private community with some homes located on the waterfront with its own pier and gazebo overlooking Figure 8 Island. Home styles vary from a cozy ranch to a ritzy contemporary home. The homes come in various sizes with many over 4000 sq feet, some brick and some wood. There is a home in Avenel to suite everyone's taste. Meadowbrook
Meadowbrook is a sidewalked community where Saturday afternoons are meant for kicking back on the front porch, sipping lemonade with friends and family, listening to children's laughter or just breathing the fresh air.. You'll find folks of all ages here, enjoying the benefits of a good old fashioned community.. Prices begin in the low $90's up to the 120's for a 2 or 3-bedroom with 2 full baths. Throughout this lovely community pride of ownership is evident with the carefully trimmed lawns, shrubs and yards. The sidewalks are great for walking, jogging or roller blading through the intertwining streets.
Preston Woods
Preston Woods is a diverse community developed in the 1990's, made up of one and two-story homes offering 3-5 bedrooms. The many brick traditional homes add a stately appearance to this popular neighborhood. The contemporary homes in the neighborhood offer flair and a change of pace from the traditional. Weaving in and out of cul-de-sacs and being centrally located, makes this a sought after community. Living in Preston Woods offers young and mature families a safe and quiet neighborhood close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants.
Blue Point
Blue Point is located in the Porter's Neck area of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach, which is on the north side of town. This is a marsh front neighborhood on Page's Creek. Blue Point is a new community with both custom built home from the $190's, home sites from the $40's and brick villas starting in the 170's. The community features first class amenities including: clubhouse, pool and tennis course. In May of 2001, we made Blue Point our home. It is thrilling to watch a neighborhood progress. This is one of the fastest growing areas of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach.
Kure Estates
Kure Beach is located south of Carolina Beach and dates to 1870. Here you will find simple cottages, historic beach motels, townhomes and lovely neighborhoods such as Kure Estates. Kure Estates homes are located a short walk to the beach and residents enjoy their own private gazebo and access to the beach. Most of these homes are multi-level and beautiful decks so with some you can capture of view of the ocean.
Figure Eight Island
This is a gated-private resort community where some residents live year round. It has magnificent homes, hardly any commercial amenities, but does have a yacht club, marina, boat ramp and untouched beaches. This is a favorite get away for celebrities and politicians.
Shinn Creek
Shinn Creek Estates is a pristine waterfront community. The homes here are on large wooded home sites with Intracoastal Waterway access. Its residents enjoy the community pool and tennis courts. The homes various from traditional low country, with grand front porches and striking appeal to multi-level homes with boat slips. The streets are lined with Charleston-type street lamps; there is a boat ramp access to the waterway and homes offered from $400,000.
