Sandy was the first agent in Wilmington to obtain the e-PRO500 Internet Professional Certification in 2000. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has obtained the designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from SUNY Empire State College. Sandy and Dick also participate in local charity events and are active members of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.
